Incomplete payment from broker .

I would like doing that to some a hole. Luckily I have never had this issue. But that is a good idea to do to them.

 

I use quickbooks and send it all out from quckbooks email and know if they open it and it shows anytime they look at it, I love that set up.

Yeah, I always call or email or text saying did you recieve it, we used to be able to email pods through, but now you just get excuses

Oh I didn't recieve it they say, and you can't prove it, so now I send POD and get a confirmation in writing of it being received, if I don't get that, I hassle them daily until I have it.

Too many un trustworthy people who know all the tricks and use them when it suits.

Oh we pay 60 days from receivingPOD they say , send the POD on day 1, chase them on day 62, and then they pay on day 122, all done deliberately
