    My plan is to go to company sponsored training, save as much money possible, and if I hate the company, I'll pay off my contract. Should have enough cash after 3 months or so. But really, you need about a year experience to get a better job, so stick it out for a year if you can, I say.

    I did it 5 years ago now I drive an 8 axle heavy haul truck and clear 70k a year it can be done if you set goals and stay focused. Your going to be broke for a couple years and the company you work for is going to suck but you need to stay put for at least a year before you jump ship I recommend 2 years and absolutely do not sign a lease no matter what they say go be a company driver for swift or England for 2 years then you can go wherever you want and make a decent living your focus is not hitting anything and keeping a good record.
