No hazmat needed at with IRT. Great equipment sometimes there is sitting, mostly at shipper/receivers. Once you figure out the system it's easy. Certain dispatchers cover certain areas. Overall good.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... THEY SCREW DRIVERS OVER AND SHORT YOUR PAY ALL THE TIME. EQUIPMENT IS AWFUL, CONSTANTLY BREAKING DOWN. I WORKED FOR THEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND IT WAS THE WORST. I HAVE BEEN A TRUCKER FOR OVER 25 YEARS, WORSE COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR
