nope its snowing, been in snow all day,
whats Lowville like? i'll (hopefully) be there tommorow
and i'm hoping for a load to Florida, I need a PM, permits, and my truck is acting up, the blower motor won't shut off, which is annoying
I know that its like complaining about having $1M, but its more of a nusance, and breakdowns said thats bad

When I'm out of hours. My company has me log off the Qualcomm. Get the the nearest place to park log back on say no to have that drive time added to your clock then put off duty kicked off property. Then the logs department should update and approve your logs.

I do not drive for IRT but have been to Lowville several times with cream. Good place to unload, pull through bays(2) a little tight, so watch you mirrors. Scales are located inside the bays, you pull in and weigh and pull through a little more to unload, when unloaded you can back onto the scales or pull out and come thru the bay again.
Now! I do not know what routes you plan to take, but a word of caution. From 1-81, taking hwy 177, be very sure that lake effect snow is not raising its ugly head. Going 177 you will go thru Tug Hill and when lake effect snow is bad, you ain't going to make it. In the winter, I suggest you take route 12 out of Utica. Just my suggestion.
Oh, btw, never had a problem with sleeping on the property. Coffee and eats are right across the street.Spring Chicken Thanks this. -
1) its illegal
2) you're probably gonna get caught
if you get caught now you're facing jailtime -

I yanked the fuze and that didn't help (it was also really hot), my low battery alarm buzzed and shut down my electrical system (as it does) and the thing still was going. I talked with breakdowns "you have an eletrical issue" yea! no $#!t -
I wonder if disconnecting the batteries and letting the electronics reset then reconnecting them would do any good. I had an automatic for a year or so and it was always failing to go into gear. I was told to disconnect the batteries to "reset" everything every time it happened. It always worked. I carried a 9/16 wrench in my door pocket and would only disconnect the ground, hold it away from the battery post a few seconds then put it back on. Might try it.

i'm a little annoyed, I keep asking if I can go to Florida, but they keep not helping
somebody said "ok, call me tommorow" so somebody else gave me a load to Norfolk, NE. which isn't Florida
apparently "i'll get you here" means just the opposite
and yes, I do realise that alot of people are trying to get to Florida for assorted reasons, but YOUR truck isn't legal, and it has a few problems with it
maybe i'm just being selfish and overreacting in a selfish way -
Call angel jr if he is still doing the south. I can tell you don't wait on them. Part of the trick to getting what you want at IRT is calling the right person for the area you are in. If you wait on them they will keep running you around and around.
