Mine is 70 on both. I’ve read and heard other reports as well.

If this thread, and the drivers who post in it, are any indication I'd say that IR would be a good choice.
This is probably the most helpful thread, on a continuing basis, that we have on TTR. No ankle biting, no petty bickering, no self serving tales of woe, just a bunch of people who like what they're doing and are willing to share their experience with others.
    The staff appreciates it.

I rarely do a 34 hour reset. When I do, it’s usually because I ask dispatch to sit me for a day. I run off recap 90% of the time.

As far as the miles per day, here is an example:

I loaded in Lindsay, CA on Friday the 15th. I deliver in Mooresville, NC on Wednesday the 20th. It’s about 2,500 miles from Point A to Point B with five days of travel time. I ran 633 miles the first day of the trip and 642 miles yesterday. I will probably run similar before the night is over. That enables me to have a fairly short day on Tuesday, giving me the time to stop somewhere and do laundry, etc. I could have broken it up into five equal days of 500 miles if I had wanted to. As long as I deliver on the 20th at my appointment, IRT leaves it up to me.

I agree with Flattop that Oklahoma is a good place to live. You’ve got regional options under Clovis living there, and if you want to run OTR they have plenty of ways to get you home as well.

Pretty sure it's trucks travelling through Atlanta that are restricted. I've been to that shipper many times and never had an issue. BOL will clearly show address I am going to do I don't worry about it.

    Tanker_82 and TheLugNut! Thank this.

My preference is to do resets every week and they usually ask if that's what I to do whenever my 70 gets down to the teens.

I've never been told there was an expected way of running. As mentioned, as long as you are in time it's pretty laid back here.
