I’m glad to hear that about the double bunks.

Thanks for the link. I don't see anything I don't like. The QC placement is ideal vs having to reach across the cab in my current truck. He keeps saying the bunk is small, but it looks like the standard twin XL size.

If they are team only then I won't be getting one.

The bed isn't as wide in the Freightliners. The Peterbilt is like 42" wide and the Freightliner is like 36 or 38 don't remember

    Redtwin Thanks this.

Or, cruise control on the steering wheel. I have a 12 series and it's bare bones. Not in a hurry to get into a Freight shaker or a KW by any means though.

Just so everyone has an idea about Tanker_82's integrity and intentions here: this thread is what made me want to drive for IRT. I can say everything he has shared, has been exactly as described for me during the last (almost) year. I started in Aug 2023. I couldn't be happier. I love, LOVE, that I am not micro-manged to death. I hear from no one for the most part, unless I call them.

And Tanker_82 declined to have me use him as a referral to get the referral bonus IRT gives... which is a significant amount of money (at or higher than the sign on bonus).

Thanks Tanker_82. I appreciate all the labor into this thread... for 8 YEARS NOW!!! Wow.
