Same exact thing happened to my Indian River truck. At least yours lasted longer than mine. It fell off before I even hit 200k miles. This, combined with the turn signal stalk (had that replaced twice in a year, then again when I worked at Caledonia) and suspension leveling valve failing on my Caledonia truck were part of the reasons I wanted to find a company that did not have Peterbilts. I have a Freightliner now and haven't had any issues other than the adaptive cruise not working right (which can be said for any truck brand), knock on wood.

Since being in this truck. The turn signal stalk has been a tad loose. It still works but sometimes wipers goes down in speed if I use the blinker. Also might need to wiggle it to use washer fluid. I should probably see about getting it fixed.

I would. It will get worse. Suddenly your wipers will stop working entirely when you signal. They usually start working again when you turn the signal back off but I never wanted to find out the hard way that they might not one day.
