I see this situation happening a lot.
Not sure if this load was marijuana or hemp, but who will know during a roadside inspection.
A load of hemp might be legal to transport. Why run a red light? Foolish behavior. -
Nonetheless, the local, state, and federal authorities are investigating. It seems the people in the truck as well as in the security van couldn’t get their story straight. Plus their bill of lading didn’t jive much.

This thread got me thinking. Since weed is now legal in many states (yes I know its not legal on the Fed level ) Who is authorized to transport the stuff from farm to table (dispensaries). I wonder how they regulate that?

Arkansas has opened or is opening the first 32 dispensaries. The first of the plants are being grown inside our state lines in adequate amounts to support 1500 plus Pot Card Holders to start. We do not need out of state trucking at all.

Should have used a reefer and chilled that stuff down to like 20 degrees... Less stink... And how stupid do you have to be to take such a load as this???
