Well i talked to them last night cause my reply to picking up the load was getting rejected which they fixed and I told them I wanted to relay cause would get there about 34 hours early and they said they would see about delivering early that was it but I think when I take my 30 I will send in a new relay to Indianapolis cause there is an OC there said by the pumpkin pad but after unload they got me going to Cincinnati wash

They make us vent the tank to pump off...slim shady Thanks this.
-
Both simultaneously for extremely viscous product.88 Alpha Thanks this.
-
Also, try and relay as close to the destination as possible. That way you get the miles and dispatch gets the option to use a local.
-
Everyone has to vent to pump off, we are talking air over pump, it's a different method of unloading. Thick products need help.88 Alpha Thanks this.
-
Remember this, at Schneider if you don't complain about something they think you are happy. If you need something then tell them.
-
I guess im out my league. ...ill just watch the convo then lol
-
Alright will do ethos thanks and real this thread is for everyone to get help remember I am brand new so. So new this is my first load by myself lol
realsupatrucka Thanks this. -
You air up the tank like you were going to air it off, but you hook up your pump and now you can pump it off with air assist this will move thicker products faster.
-
Sure it can be done. It is more dangerous than either by itself though. You do risk collapsing the tank if something goes wrong with the compressor and the driver doesn't catch the pressure drop in time
It is against company policy for us to do it at Superior. We will provide either air or a pump but not both.
