    Not every OC because most OC are dry van but there is tank washes in a lot of places that have tank trailers

    Well see I am still company but I have never pulled a dry van they just deadhead us out and from what I have been told by a few IC they do pay deadhead miles

    Well right now without TWIC I get about 1700-2000 but I was told that's great without TWIC but with TWIC should get about 2500 cause most of the plants require TWIC
