Inexperienced tanker driver

Yeah miles aren't as good as I was promised but from what I have been told it's cause I need my TWIC

 

So did my assignment yesterday from Chicago qualawash to Cory OC and on the way to Cory got a local assignment to take an empty to BASF then pick up a loaded and head to Mcdonough Ga which made me happy cause could stop by and see my son for a bit then I woke up this morning and hooked up to the empty until I realized assignment is tomorrow :/. So they got me sitting all day at Cory OC

 

Not everyone sits this much but I think some plants are just closed today cause Father's Day idk

 

Idk what I could be doing wrong I sent in my Mac 17 exactly like ur supposed to saying I would be ready at 6am this morning with like 35 hours on 70 and then I got an assignment while I was coming from Chicago but it was an assignment for tomorrow not today

 

Yeah I believe ur right I just hope it's soon cause I don't have home time planned again till July 3-7 so that's a lot of time out lol

 

So I got bad but good luck, I got a load to McDonough, Ga and was able to deliver it early today thankfully but when I got to Atlanta OC after deliver truck was having problems but they said they couldn't get to it till Thursday and truck needs pm right away so they put my truck out of service until Thursday afternoon but the good part is I am able to see my son and spend time with him even though I am not making any money

 

They tried to get me a loaner but out of the 4 trucks two of them were actually there and one of those two was in the shop and the other was a cascadia and I don't have their training they require to drive it yet
