    Instead of trying to help each other they compete with each other....its nerve wrecking....even though we all under qc umbrella. ..if im not out of the same terminal they can but won't help me with n e thing

    Well they gave me a small assignment finally after sitting 25 hours lol and now I am in Reserve OC crashing for the night to see if get another assignment and Ethos guess who finally got 2100 miles for a week :) I finally broke 2000 lol

    If you weren't training and making $80 a day, what would you be normally be getting paid for "41 hours of waiting"?

    If you aren't at home, its $65 per 24 hour period. Some DBLs let you slide a little and pay it out around the 22 hour mark. Now if you are at a customer waiting to load/unload and are being paid demurge, its $10 per hour after the first two hours.

    So for 41 hours of waiting, it would either be $65, $130 (if the dbl is super nice), or $0 if at home terminal. If it was an unload that took 41 hours my guess would be $295
    (2 hours @ $25 + 12 hours @ $10 + 10 hour reset @ $0 + 14 hours @ $10; lose 3 hours to reset), but that kind of demurge is unheard of.

    I am not a Schnieder driver but I believe the answer is $65 unless you can get your dispatcher to pay you more. A 24 hour layover policy is a rip off.

    In that same scenario at Superior I would make around $200.

    Well I got to reserve Friday at 2200 and say all day until Monday they gave me a 54 mile run which was so fun cause got up at 6:30 to get trailer 5 minutes from terminal and see it's dirty call it in get sent back to terminal then 45 minutes later give me another trailer at the yard and guess what it's dirty also then at 10am finally get a third trailer it's finally clean get to plant 3 hours late which btw avoid Delta in Metairie La it's small as hell but it took 6 hours to get loaded cause two trucks ahead of me plus after I got loaded drove to scale and was 78,280 with a quarter tank of diesel plus they put 100 gallons to much so had to go back around and they unloaded two drums then finally get everything settled and arrive back at terminal by 1900 with 1 hour left on 14

    Then Tuesday spent all day doing my safe trac and pet which I am now Nalco certified so this morning got a load heading to Sanderson, FL gotta unload at 8:30am plus this customer ONLY has drum/totes so this gonna be fun then dropping tank at Jacksonville tank wash so after Thursday I will have about 600 miles this week cause they had me sit all weekend since safe trac and stuff was scheduled Tuesday
