Yeah my school has New York and New Jersey students they use 6 speed for the New York testing. I did drive a 10 speed twice with New Jersey drivers though to get familiar with it.

Ok that's good cause Schneider has 10 speeds in my school I only drove the 8 speed for the test and #### was it different lol
-
When u slow down on a 10 speed for a turn what gear do u need to be in firespock?
-
Come on kid, don't blow this one....
-
Schneider rule is 4th but I was told in school can do 5th always low gear rangeNjhandofdoom, swiff and nightgunner Thank this.
-
Cool thanks. Good to know so I am prepared for the training.
-
Right hand turns 3rd or 4th, left hand 4th or 5th. Keep in mind those are the MAXIMUM gears that SNI recommends you go thru a turn in. The turn itself will dictate what gear you need to be in. If you need first gear USE FIRST GEAR.
Always remember rule number 2 - DON'T HIT STUFF (rule #1 is keep yourself safe).Njhandofdoom and swiff Thank this. -
I would say turn it whatever gear that keeps all 18 wheel on the ground
-
Yep. You can be a little higher empty too. A loaded trailer is way different from an empty onerealsupatrucka Thanks this.
