Inexperienced tanker driver

He's saying the full fuel surcharge isn't being passed to the lease/op guys.

 

Call another company and get a quote see how much we getting it stuck to it

 

Could a tanker owner operator run under his/her own authority and find direct shipping opportunities?

 

I believe so but it would be a challenge. ..but it could be done

 

Looking to possibly go to Schneider Bulk! Scheduled to talk with a recruiter (Sarah) this Thursday. Haven't been in a truck for nearly 18 mos. and only had a couple of months 6000 miles OTR (trainer/solo) prior.
At orientation do students have time to bobtail around the yard and knock off some rust or should I look into taking a refresher course prior? I know once I get back in the saddle it won't take long. Are the trainers patient with you the first couple of days?? Thanks and hope to see you out there soon!

 

If you're the first student driving you will BT from the parking spot to the trailer and that's it. They don't judge too hard at first, just relax.

 

Here is a good 2 year goal LOL ...Still have to get this job first! Also may consider O/O down the road.
