That is the difference between a "real" trucking company and the mega- carriers! You don't see those Swift newbies who sit for weeks getting compensated do you!? Time and time again, that's why I recommend these smaller "family" like companies. They treat you like a human being and care to see you succeed. They aren't just there to recycle newbies through the trucks to keep the seats warm!
