    If you're going to the school it's 3wks. Then out with a trainer for 6wks. Pay is 34cpm once you upgrade to solo.

    Aren't they mostly Lease??? Just what I've heard, from their actual "drivers," as well. I'd go with China's suggestion.

    Yeah I give it a few more years before the company will be all lease. Have less than 200 company trucks now.

    I checked out Freymillers website on their driver requirements and they hire at 23 years old with 6 months OTR experience.

    Even swift pays better than that

    I'm not going to shamelessly plug what I think would be a better choice than either kllm or freymiller
