Its a ergo test and its easy they monitor your heart rate and you lift a few pounds. you move weights from one side of the room to the other. they have you lay on a table and they move your legs and arms around. If you have 5+ yrs expirence its 40cpm. Minimum time you need to stay out is 2 weeks. you get one day off for every week out.you also get 10 days paid vacation that you can take at anytime after they hire you. (pay after the 1st yr of course) Great medical,dental,vision I have 4 kids and a wife and I pay 145.month I also heard they are giving a 1k sign on bonus.

 

145.00 dollars is to much.!

 

Not with 2 kids it ain't. I paid $100 a month for single coverage. There's people paying more. It depends on what rip off coverage you get.

 

I get blue cross dental vision life and disability for nothing per month...all my bennies are paid for 100% by the company...they way it should be.If I have to pay for it how does that make it a benefit ??!!

 

That's great, you are lucky. Do you get health too?? Not many do that anymore except gov't employees and high end jobs with college graduates.
Yep, that is the way it should be. You work, your health care should be free.

They consider it a benefit because the employer pays a matching share.
My last job I paid $100 a month and when I left Cobra wanted $400 for the same policy. So they might be paying more. I thought it was half.

 

blue cross is health. ins. yes I'm fortunate not lucky I have a union trucking job and thats what we vote for and the drivers have all the power if they would just take it

 

do all jbs loads originate from their packing plants... or they they have other operations?

 

You are not correct I have 4kids and a wife and I pay 144 month and that includes Dental and vision. You must not work here if you are that mis-informed. I'm at our greeley treminal as I type this. Why must you be so disgruntaled over JBS did you not Qualify to work here?
