my old co driver is now been with them 2weeks an so far likes them. he got a bad start but is doing ok with miles after yelling at them.he likes the extra northeast and hazmat pay alot.they seem to be ok if you have a not so preaty Dac and need a job.but it has only been 2weeks so i will update later.

 

i worked for ptl. got really good miles and ran hard but when it came time to go home they acted like that was impossible. i had a disagreement with some guy about paying a lumper after i had sat on this load for 3 days, it took ptl 3 hrs to get me a comcheck to pay the lumper. the guy i talked to called me a clown and a f----ing idiot. i then talked to my fleet mngr and he proceeded to yell at me bcause the other guy told him some bs story b4 i could explain the situation, after telling them i had enough and to bring mre to murray bcause i was quiting they gave me a new fleet mngr. miles dropped, constant layovers and threatening qualcom msgs about over idle.. so i decided to quit. i was at home and told the fleet mngr to bring me to murray to turn trk in. he gave me a load to detroit, i asked if i was to bring this to murray and he said no, that it was the only thing they had out of chattanooga. BS!!! so i told him either get me a load to murray or i would take thr trk to the trk stop. he said take it to the trk stop. now they put on my dac report that i abandoned the trk. and then sent me a letter saying i owe them 1500.00 i know i am not the only driver that they have done this to. Seems like a class action suit is headed their way. they think they are in control. lets see.

 

this is a fact. they gave me a 600 mile load and 4 days to get it there. could not deliver early!!! then they bark at u for idling the trk bcause u have to sit where there is nop trk stop and idle to stay cool. explain that.
