I started with Swift, left for just over two years and returned.

It has been a good company for me. But I understand how to navigate the red tape here and I have an excellent DM.

We have prepass/EZ pass. We don't provide it ourselves. In Florida they have Sun Pass, Kansas some get their pass, and the Okie can get the Okie pass whatever that is called.

They are switching slowly to the paperless logs. If you get the new Qcom and take the class you can go paperless after 9 days of it working good.

Like most any company, Swift is going to be what you make of it. I started with them, and don't have any regrets about it. One thing you have to remember is that adage, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". Don't rely on your Qualcomm to be the only means of communication with the company. If, for example, you blow a tire, and don't want to be sitting for hours, send in the macro on the Qualcomm, but get on the phone, as well, and don't let up until you get results.

Awesome! Hope it turns out great for you. Are you going into vans or flatbeds?
