From what I have seen and heard, TransAm doesn't seem any better or worse than any other company. Just stay away from the lease! I have looked at several lease programs, and theirs is probably the lowest paying. Leases in general right now are probably a bad idea in this economy. Although, having said that, the companies that have lease programs and company drivers generally give freight to lessees first. SO, there is that to consider with everyone pecking around for any kind of freight.
