Well you'll probably go to the Rockwall terminal then for orientation. I've been to TX several times. Just delievered a load to Odessa, did a reset, picked up in Plainview and am now in Memphis getting ready for the 1st of 4 drops.

There are several meat plants down the to pick up from but there all in west TX. I live in OK so when I come off of hometime, they usually send me to Kansas for a meat load. It usually goes to the NE. PA, VT, NY, etc. From there, its anyones guess.

Hers what I did coming off of hometime this time around. OKC to Dodge City, picked up a 3 drop meat load with 2 drops in Wisconsin and the final in Joilet, IL. Picked up in Chicago going Brattleboro, VT. Dead headed to Berwick, PA and got a load going to Ft. Worth, picked up same place going to Odessa, then off to Plainview for a 4dropper going with 2 drops in TN and the last 2 in Atlanta. Will probably pick up somewhere in GA my load going home.

I wouldn't work for them my ex did he was gone 40 days never came home plus they never mailed his last check when confronting them about it o he doesn't have a check??? He was straight out of school and they put him in with a trainer that stunk so bad.. I had to wash his stuff 3 times when he did come home to get the odor out. Their sat. tracking system said he was home when he was in penn. 5 states from home. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone you like... was good for me he was a jerk I enjoyed the vacation:biggrin_2559: have a wonderful hubby now

Don't go to Trans Am my ex went right out of school was gone for 40 days never home w/nasty trainer (nice guy just didn't believe in showers) Then they gave him his truck inside total mess who ever had it must of been mad when they left totally distroyed the dash they tore out the radio, cb wires, I cleaned on truck for the whole 2 days he was home. He quit 4 weeks later because again he never got to come home. Then they kept his last check close to $1000.

I just spoke with a former classmate who always keeps it real (and that's why I called him/her). S/He ended up leasing a truck on his/her own volition, but I knew that was a bad idea based on my research here. S/He really tried to encourage me to go Trans Am when s/he first signed on, and s/he really liked it a lot those first several weeks. Now, s/he's seeing fewer and fewer miles (only 1300 last week!). Not looking good at all, and just based on my research here, I haven't heard much good about Trans Am in the end.

I can still see the whole state of Missouri on I70 in my head when I close my eyes. Bill was back and forth through that state probably every other week when he drove for TA. Kansas too. Colorado up till Denver. Easy ride though. Except when the wind is blowin!

They do seem to be doing a good job of that at the moment. In talking to other COMPANY drivers, they seem to be doing better also. Still have L/O's leaving in droves tho and I just can't understand why they don't run them more, afterqall, they are paying for their trucks for them.

The run I described, seems to be fairly typical for me lately. They like to run me in a big (somehwhat) circle.
