    07 D13 starts cold fine after up to operating temperature has excessive crank time, 10 secs or so, no codes- any ideas this motor is new to me

    Gosh, could be anything, my quess is, just cold. Maybe a fuel fileter that needs to be changed. Other than that I'll say cold.

    filters were changed, it will start just fine when cold its after it is up to operating temp and shut off that it cranks excessively long to start

    no the filters were changed to see if it would take care of the issue

    sounds like it's losing prime. is this just cold starts, or any temp after it's been sitting?

    I agree, DCWJR do you see bubbles in your fuel filter dome? Hopefully you have one? All the fuel lines okay, don't see any wet areas? Your filter dome and cap properly sealed? Does it drive down the road without a miss?
