    Detroit series 60 just replaces Injector # 5 check engine light came on and we put on computer it came up as injector #5 bad replaced it. Driver left 500 miles the check engine light came back on we check on dash it says same thing injector #5.

    check the wiring between #5 and ecm. could be bad ecm too.

    Wareing harness. It needs to be replaced most of the time when replacing injectors.
