No offense IROC, but that's a concept that I just can't wrap my mind around. Why in the world would/should we support someone like that for the rest of their life? Take Dahmer for example...we should feed and shelter him for the rest of his life, even after it was proven that he did the twisted stuff he did?
What about the victims? What do they get out of that? And what kind of signal is that going to send to other wanna-be criminals?
I'm sorry, I just don't get it.
