Now we need little stickers on our driver's side mirror that says, "Remember to GOAP!"

I don't jog, but I do pull ups, crunches, situps, pushups etc. Always find time to do it; getting loaded/unloaded, end of shift etc. No skipping meals or shwoers for me. Time is rarely so tight that I can't spare 20 minutes to get my blood pumping.

Ever think of using a kettlebell? I'm a pneumatic driver too. I put in 65-75 hours a week as a local driver so by the time I get home after commuting, I've gotta go right to bed to be back in ten. I usually try to get a barbell workout in on the weekend. during the week I have no time. But, doing 4-5 loads per night, I could probably manage some kind of exercise bc I'm just standing there for an hour. I wouldn't wanna keep a KB in the cab though. I wonder if my side toolbox could hold a 50 pounder...

Get a Shake Weight. Sit in the driver's seat with a grin on your face. NOBODY will park next to you.

Yeah on your 10 you can get it done and as far as weights a good resistance band will do wonders. That's what I did while driving.

It's all fun and games until the band breaks and snaps one of your testicles off.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Never jogged, but in my big sleeper there is enough room to do push ups, squats and resistance bands work.
In warm weather I can set up a portable pull up set up at a rest area

I just bought a kettle bell and am learning how to use it. I have the bands, but am scared to use them because every single band that I've had before broke and hit me in the face, with the last one breaking my glasses.

I was surprised at how much of a workout I got doing the one excerise with the kettle bell
