"Input On Where I Should Go?...My Top 4 Choices"...

    From what I understand, Swift Flatbed is really hard to get into. They need drivers to run Lower 48 OTR before anything else ... so odds are they will have you do that first. They may even tell you that you can earn your stripes doing otr and then transfer to flatbed, but i think there's a significant wait. i asked my recruiter about it and she told me not to even bother ... so that may tell you something.

    Just my two cents. If you are in school, try to go with a better company - I think from reading TMCs web site and based on what I've heard, it'll be hard work (Trucker Marine Corps?) but well worth it in the end.

    I'm gone sit with my school pre hire person and apply for TMC first and Maverick second...

    NOOOO Swift, NOOO Werner, Hmm TMC. Check out McElroy, Cuba, AL I know they have good training program and I never see them greasy side up or in the ditch.

    Minus, philly " brother " haha, im from philly, where are you going to school?? u said u grad in Dec, thats 4 months away. so u must be at all state, prvate mess me, we need to talk. actually, try to private mess me, im not sur if you can yet, let me no,
    i would go with TMC, before anyone els, and i agree with staying away from werner, swift, bad idea.
    and i think swift does very lil flattbed.
    check out Roehl, they are a great company to work for as well as TMC, but try and get into TMC, if you not 23 your going to have some problems getting in with tmc, but roehl will take u as long as ur 21.

    I was told by TMC that I needed a 90% on my school tests if they were to look at me. Your young age might be against you, but just kick some ### in school. Give it your FULL attention.

    tmc is the best on your list dont never work for swift you might want to try melton i heard they were a pretty good company to work for
