inspected at weight station

i got inspected at weight station today, and got an examination report which states two violations (no carrier id displayed), but no citation or ticket. does anyone know if this going on my record or affect my points?

I'm assuming that neither violation was very serious or OOS. If that is all you have on your PSP, it shouldn't hurt you at all.
