    Be sure to follow up on the violations. Especially the ones in your name. The fix it tickets..some come with a ten dollar fine tho probably lot more now. If your company doesnt pay it as they should, your responsible. That is how my ten dollar fine turned into two hundred one time, my company didnt pay it and i didnt follow up on it to be sure they did.

    This is where you as a driver should've refused to drive the truck reguardless. I got out of trucking school got a job was all pumped up, and got to the job he said your trucks over there. I took one look at the truck told him to take care of the items such as tire etc that was bad, and he refused. I filled out a pre-trip signed it with all the bad items kept my copy told him I quit, and walked away. Found a better company later that day that takes care of their trucks etc. Your CSA is your life, and leads to either good, or bad pay depending on how you approach it. Pre, and post trip are your friend.
