I’m passenger and we have all papers for our pet and me. Everything in order from cleanliness (except maybe cat toys on the ground). He was really hoping for that coin you get for a clean and well maintained truck. EXCEPT the inspector found an air leak on the Trailer. We’re being inspected as I post this. My question is, what happens now? I’m kinda nervous lol….
Depends on the air leak and if thats all he finds. If its a minor one likely a fixit ticket if he bothers to note it at all. If its really really bad i.e wont pass the air test maybe an OOS. If he finds more them the sky is the limit
Depends on where the leak is. A leak at a fitting may not be OOS, but a hose leaking would be. Air leaks can be hard to hear even on a good pre-trip, especially really small ones and with other trucks running nearby.
