Installation of ramp hangers. Technical question.

Hello, please advise:

I’m installing ramp and ramp stand hangers.

Frame is ALUMINUM;
Hangers are ALUMINUM;

Do I need rubber mats / spacers between the hangers and the frame, or do I bolt them on directly metal to metal?

What is the proper way, and why?

I had metal to metal on my alum Mac and alum hangers pulled them off almost 1.5 years later when I sold the trailer still looked new under neath.
