I'm getting a new Jost top plate. Do they come already adjusted for the kingpin or do you have to adjust it yourself? Also, is there a hardware installation kit you purchase separately from the top plate or does everything you need come with it?

It’s been 7 years since I bought one, back then it came with new bolts and locking tabs. It was good to go after install.

Not sure if Holland is any different than Jost but my FW35 didn't need any adjustments after installation.
