I'm getting a new Jost top plate. Do they come already adjusted for the kingpin or do you have to adjust it yourself? Also, is there a hardware installation kit you purchase separately from the top plate or does everything you need come with it?

Not sure if Holland is any different than Jost but my FW35 didn't need any adjustments after installation.

Think he said he was in KY. He was leased on a few years ago and then went out on his own.

Be sure to get new rubber pin bushings, they’re cheap.
