Installing lights behind the sleeper

    hole saws that big tend to be a pia, probably chadder cut a pretty rough hole in metal with a hand drill. its going to need to be bigger than 4" because there needs to be room for the grommet as well. iv cut them out in thicker steel by drawing out the size hole i needed and plasma cutting then cleaning it up a bit with a hand grinder. i would not recommend that on a cab though.

    I installed 4 4inch lights and 3 2 inch lights on the door of my walking floor using a hole saw in a aluminum panel that i had made, i didn't have any issues with the hole saw blade walking or making marks outside of the hole.

    Try a pneumatic body saw, that's what I would use.
