Instant O/O and Load boards

I tried to (very nicely) explain it to the scale master at the time, but he wasn't having any of it, so I did write the explanation and hand it in along with the inspection report. It was handed over to a local ex-state DOT guy that is handling some other issues for the carrier. There was no citation so I won't get the chance to fight it in court and, as I understand it, repealing violations is a long and slow process.

 

I am a patient person.

 

If there was no citation why would you need to fight it at all?? What type of violation is it??

 

Violations count under SafeStat. The violation was "general/form and manner" under 395.8.
