This is exactly why I think you WILL make it in this business. You just freakin don't know when to quit. I think that is a GOOD thing. You only fail when you give up. Sometimes you may have to punt but sounds like your planning your strategy to move forward. Down the road when your doin good your going to appreciate it even more because you EARNED it the hard way. You kinda remind me of that game where you take the big club and try to smack the gophers when they pop up out of the holes no matter how many times you whack em they still pop right back up. Not a whole lot of people impress me that much. You sir are impressive.

Good luck and keeep in mind you are doing the impossible right next to MM. You deserve credit for being able to establish your own company, get it up and going and make a living.

I'll go ahead and post this because it actually happened, though I have to say at this point it's not even a BLIP on my radar.

But last night my GPS was stolen from my wife's van. I just have to laugh. I'm not even calling the cops. Bigger fish to fry. Very unusual for this area though.

Property manager called this morning to let her know her van door was wide open. Has a Viper alarm and everything. I suspect she didn't set it, although she swears she did.

Just whatever.
