No, I dont think I went "off the deep end", I was just correcting the boy. No, I dont know him like you do apparently. I didnt exactly "thrash" the boy.

How long are we going to continue beating dead horses on this thread? Can we all just get off the #### rag already?

i didnt realize there were so many morning people in here (even if they are in different time zones)

TG, you #### well know your entitled to YOUR opionon, just as everyone else is

the issue (as i see it) is your attitude toward anouther member for stating HIS opionon

For those that have wondered about my experience with Eclipse Trans. Here are the actual numbers

8/26/09------09/24/09 with 4 days home time
Please note these are PCMiler miles not actual miles driven

    Total 7424mi Loaded 5722 DH 1702 DH% 29%

    Billed $8554.23
    Less 20% $1710.84
    Less Other Exp $ 61.00
    Less Fuel $4632.13
    Less Trlr Dep $1000.00

    Sub Total $1150.26
    Plus FSC $ 553.81

    Sub Total $1704.07
    Less 2% Factoring $ 34.08

Amount Earned $1669.99 TTT $0.22/mi all miles

For those (including myself) that have climbed Robs Butt for running the miles/logs the way he does,,,, he was absolutely right in that his way of running is the only way to make any money with Eclipse.

Anyone with knowledge/experience with flatbed/stepdeck lanes and may be interested in dispatching me please contact me..

So they are allowed to have an attitude and jump on Rob for stating his OPINIONS and experiences, but should not do it to them. Gotcha... it's all cleared up now.

I must say, you were right on the money with the whole hypocrisy thing. There sure is a lot of it.

Heyy, but she's a "gangstagirl!" She's allowed to do that. You didn't know? J/k:biggrin_25522:

I know what you're saying though. What gives people the right to appoint themselves to jump on others for issuing their opinions about Rob.

:biggrin_2551: WoW! Sorry to see this has worked out so terribly for you!! Definitely cant feed those 5 mouths like that.Almost impossible to justify sticking with that deal. Both of you guys need to figure out how to jump ship to another type of gig quick. I hate to see anyone having to deal with those numbers!

Dont know anything about hauling a rock bucket. Never claimed to. And no, I dont believe running a truck around a farm counts. Sorry. I've actually done that. A straight truck on my grandfather's farm as a kid. No comparison whatsoever, in my opinion.

Yeah, thats it. I needed help counting? :biggrin_25511:
CDL school will be an education for Luis, admit it or not. Driving through traffic on surface streets with a combination vehicle is different. There are tuition free CDL schools? Where?

Yep, probably does! He knows some of the tech stuff with trucks. Thats good. He also has a passion for it that I did not have at age 16. Still doesnt make him a truck driver. What is your point? BTW, not going to go negative on the Army. My father did 20 and retired as a LtCol, my brother is still in after 21 years (E8). I grew up on Army bases for the most part. Much love for the Army.

Nobody I know said it was glamorous, but you know as well as everyone else how kids have stars in their eyes about something that they have passion in. I think you understand my point. At least I hope so.
