ppr you were supose to break the rookie in right,,,good old fashoined elbow grease!!! what gloves????? just went thru this with my new boss out in the field changeing a fuel filter on a dozer,,he was ##### footing around (putting gloves on) while he was putting gloves on i pulled the filter and had it refilled with fuel and was putting it back on??????as he walked up to take it off!!!!! rookies oh and yes i got some fuel on my 49 yr old delicate skin thats been out in the sun for the last 20 yrs lol whats a little diesel and grease amungst friends lol

 

Right on dino. Ive been getting greased up since i was 10 lol. Working on bikes losing my dads tools how fun. Now i have my own tool set and yes it's missing a few pieces. Right now ima get out there in the cold and tinker with an old bike i picked up it's got a decent seat and note none of my bikes have brakes lmao.

 

That was AWESOME! A friends dad has a Piper J-3 SuperCub like that one, minus the reinforced wingtips for dragging on the ground! I'm going to send the clip to him (and ask him not to try it).

 

Another update on Robs truck:

Transmission...done

Front bumper missing bolts replaced ... done, no longer flopping in the wind.

Windshield wipers a wiping, all 4 speeds work, low, high,intermittent and off...done

Cab side fairing bolted in place..done

Hole in roof... fiberglass repair done just needs finish sanding and a little paint, couldn't do due to lousy weather (rain, cold) and didn't feel like climbing ladder again. At least it doesn't leak..... for now.

Cooling system flushed and refilled with anti-freeze. Done

Trees , that had growed up around truck, cut so truck can be moved ...Done.

Truck hooked up to trailer and pulling out driveway...DONE

Meeting a great person and new friend....Done

 

Clearing off a whole butt load of bad karma.... DONE!
