Sorry about sorta hijacking the thread but feel drivers need to understand the consequenses of uninformed decisions.:biggrin_25519: Whether they are NEWBS or OLD HANDS.

just to add something. the video that you have titled going through the gorge is actually black mountain. the gorge is around the nc/tn state line. ya probably should have been in the right lane going up that hill going that slow. hopefully nobody cussed ya out for that.

Oh. Yeah I never saw a sign that said gorge. Figured it applied to that whole stretch.

THere were 3 lanes, I was in the middle and not the only one. When there are signs or only two lanes I'm all the way to the right.

ya but what you don't seem to get is that you should have NEVER goten that high. You should have been at 20 before you started down the grade. You can't drop off at 40 and expect to slow down. At this point I think your going to be lucky to not kill anyone

$903 was the shop/tow damage.... darn.

Well then I went to get it washed... the guy was up on the drive tires with the pressure sprayer, he jumped over to the inside tire and about lost it... there was NO AIR in the tire. So that was another hour and a half finding a tire place and getting it patched... $34.

Finally got to what I was needing done after all, my door signs:

Thanks man... that was one of the first things I hired out for, back when I still thought I was going to have some money left lol.

At that size it's a tad more cartoony than I had hoped, but I like it. I think it's really clever how they made a truck out of FPT. (even if it looks more like a charter bus roflmao)

Good call on the logo! It looks good, and although there's nothing wrong with "cartoony", it looks professional IMO. I'm glad I'm not the only person on earth that used the word transport instead of trucking, and keep makin' the miles!
