That's what I think they've been trying to do with me year after year. So far all was good, the premium was systematically going down I did not bother to shop around knowing that I would not save too much elsewhere for the same rated insurance carrier but I am thinking that next time I'll try and see what Great West or Wesco offers. I heard that Great West has less exclusions, and is less restrictive for hauling liquor and they have what Northland does not, which is an option to add up to $5000 tow coverage.
Also they are easy allowing their clients to fill out Certificate Holders when you set up with new brokers, without having to ask the agent to do it every time. Certainly it does not hurt to shop around.

Northland won't take you in during the first two years if your truck is older than six years. That is the only reason they said NO to me. I really counted on Northland. Another insurance came at 23K, I forgot the name. I'm still waiting for three more quotes. It looks like I will have to stay at 16,500K with Progressive my second year.

I pm-ed you another agency who may find some other carriers but Northland or Progressive.
I'd try also Great West but...lost the contact to the agent. When is your renewal due? They should start soliciting you any time. I mean if it is less than 2 months, they should start any time.

    Beaver9 Thanks this.

I started with Progressive, then was with Midwest Family, and now am with Great West. Progressive doesn’t do Haz which is among several reasons I left.
