Insurance in 2018

The serious questions about insurance were already answered by others, and I agree the price sounds right.

It sucks to be a new entrant and pay the higher rates, but it is what it is. Race has nothing to do with it. It seems like the OP is more interested in finding some way to race bait and play "poor me" than being a business owner dealing with the realities of his industry.

I'm getting tired of the "poor me syndrome" and race baiting on here. I'm paying through the nose with the rest of you, and I certainly haven't been afforded any discounts or privileges based on my race. If anything, I have an uphill battle because of my "privilege." No tax benefits or contract preferences for being "minority owned" or any of the other perks.
