    as an owner operator, when you lease on to a company, are you under their insurance or your own? Would someone mind explaining this to me. Also if I became an owner, how would the insurance company That I want to use find out about a failed drug test from 3 years ago .

    Unless stated, it's usually their own, all youll have to purchase is bobtail and physical that they usually offer to you and theyll subtract that from your pay. As for ther drug test i cant tell you anything, they'll screen you again for sure but it'll be up to the insurance company im guessing
