Insurance question

a friend of mine had this happen last year with his truck. HAd a driver in it for a day, someone did a u turn in the middle of the road and he t-boned her. bumper and both fenders had to be replaced. IT was the womans fault though and it got covered. So not sure how that would be handled if it was the drivers fault. Most likely DENIED. My insurance requires all drivers to be listed and checked. They dont want to take a risk on some bonehead with a terrible driving record.

 

...if the driver never been inspected and you dont have too many issues it Should be covered by just saying its company manager who took over due to the listed driver having family emergency ... Of course if you have A rated insurance
