    The way I read it is that it must be a fifth wheel hitch behind the rear axles? Don't get me wrong I am glad you won in court and I wish they would leave us alone on these ridiculous issues lol

    Yes it does say that but as it was explained to me by my lawyer it says any combination and that's what we worked off of. You are correct but it works for me.
