I see that only being valuable where trucks are governed far below the posted limit for cars, like in Europe.

I want to see this screen last through a winter in Wyoming.... Or even Canada in general.

I wonder if they have tested it for all extreme weather conditions.... Heat, cold, wet, snow, or ice. Also if it's impervious to things like rocks.

I have seen the mirrors going digital with cameras on both sides, at the rear of the cab, and at the rear of the trailer; using tablet type displays mounted like mirrors, just inside.

    Or..., perhaps to Advertisers..?

    Note last sentence of announcement...

"The technology was developed in partnership with advertising company Leo Burnett and Argentinian tech group Ingematica."

Looks like the price would be someone rear ending the truck because they were disoriented by the screen showing what's in front of it.

So when a car tries to overtake you and your screen malfunctioned, you are now liable for anything that happens to that car.

And another thing...the following distance that car would need to be to see oncoming traffic would be wayyyy to close. The only way to 'Fix Stupid' is to let them die. It's supposed to happen. It protects the herd.
