For company drivers Saturdays are occasionally mandatory but most of the time its just voluntary. I have never maxed my 70 out.

Thats wats up. I go over my 70 weekly lol gosh. Idk how they gonna deal with elogs. Seriously. I dont think they really understand. Esp when they push double loads friday. Idk. They got something coming to emHalpinUout Thanks this.

It goes into affect Dec 2017.... but I do not think it's going to pass. YES... it passed in US CONGRESS and a failed attempt to get it retracted.. but I do not think the OOIDA/ect are gonna go down with a fight. They're filing their 2nd attempt to get the elog rule removed.
but to clear the air -
whether you are a OWNER OPERATOR for a company or have a company and your the only owner op ............ EVERYONE GETS E-LOGS. Point blank.
Doesnt matter if your a 1 man fleet or a 300 man fleet, everyone gets elogs -
Boy im pissed. I do a load to edwardsville, il total mileage shows 622. I fueled 140 yes bad but that load took me 23 hrs bcz of ice. Kiswani fuel showing 197. My tank is 200. Gow the f did that happen. Ya so i had a 3mpg day and no one is willing to take it off. Im 100% jumping ship second i can. Thats total bs
