That's a tough market. Try, HUB, Containerport, JB HUNT maybe taking IC's. Otherwise try looking on Craigslist.
Don't expect to make a lot in Florida. Last I heard, it was paying like $1.00 mile+ fsc

 

The above are mostly out of Jacksonville btw.

 

Customer tosses 100lb sacks in the container, I sit in my seat and read a book, 3 hrs out, 2 hrs to load, 3 hrs back, 2 hrs local, my day is done.

 

LOL. Get to CSX this morning only to find my box mounted on a chassis with expired AVI and missing registration. Go wait in line for them to do a inspection, pass it, ( all 2 minutes of that thorough inspection ) hit the road only to blow a tire out when I cross into Iowa. Go figure. Already used my 16 hour once this week. So out of hours 150 miles from home. Put up in a hotel. They got one coming when I get back tomorrow if they think I'm staying for a full day, not happening. I'm parking the truck and going home
