It's because we in general are a pain in the ### to deal with. We as a whole are not a happy bunch, whether you have a good week or bad week. I've been told straight up that this company has an issue with its own kind. When's the last time an owner operator has been hired on to us, it's been a good while i think. Hell, I see alot more company trucks now, less owner operator trucks..

no i dont refuse loads.. i dont have to refuse loads.. why would i. that only puts me on the #### list. TRUST me, i've heard guys hit rock bottom when you refuse a load. what do you think your disptach is gonna tell you when you refuse a load? he'll say 'ok." but trust me , he's gonna remember that next time when he's dispatching you. I dont think any company or dispatch likes to hear people refuse stuff. unless you have a solid reason, dont.

I've run 24 hr STRAIGHT....and they wanted me to run a load next day.....a strongly worded email to EVERYONE got them to cancel that load.....I run over hours, at least once a week....that's ok by me, but not when it's abussive....

I didn't want to mention the cultural thing, but, honestly I noticed it a while ago.....lots of disrespectful behavior......another reason I don't understand why they hire so many people from the same culture.....but, hey, I'm of the belief that you live and let live.....

Ya because arab want too much. Look at me. If i make 2k i dont whine. But some will. Its bcz ppl want too much. But hey so do dispatch. When we use to receive messages second we have second loads etc. I once did a long load and i get a call to grab a 2nd run. I tell him im tired. Mike goes go to sleep in your car then run it. I was in a day cab. See that shows. Its not ju
I refused 1 load. You know the customer on damen and blue island chinese place. I had a local 53 csx move. I said no. It was my 2nd run for the day. But let me tell you why i wanna refuse loads. Because going to wi sucks. Its tolls tolls and more. Csx does not pay full tolls. So id rather go 300 miles to iowa then wi.
