    Cultural...look closely. Less n less. They gonna hire more ppl from outside our cultural in office. Drivers wont work too well. Find me smart americans who run
    On 1099. Not gonna happen. Which is what is biting them but they dont see it.

    you do realize that about 98% companies in chicago are 10-99?? lol... it's funny look at craiglist adds for chicago intermodal work, they proudly flaunt the 10-099 banner, lol!!!

    Ya i know. But they are foreigners. Im talking warm blooded americans. Like myself. 1099 isnt good if your company. It just isnt. One guy tells me hes comp and his deductions were....fuel,truck payment,tolls,repairs......how????

    I talk to no one at kiswani. Unless they come up to me. Esp random truckers. But hey they gotta do deductions

    oh, would just like to make this clear, i by no means am slandering the co. i work for incase anyone gets that idea (OR SOMEONE FROM THE CO LOOKS UP RANDOMLY LOL). they remain the best company (not just trucking, in many ways) in my eyes (each to their own opinion). it was great talking to you both fellas, nice talk and convo! it's good to hear what people have to say. we will def catch up the in the meeting !!

    I call BS on him, I ran company last week (while waiting for my 5th wheel rebuild kit) and for four days I only had the tire program deduction.....$950 for 4days work.....not bad....

    Also, a LOT of the older trucks are not in use.....all Azmi's plan to be an all daycab company fleet....O/O will be doing all regional work(sleepers)....
