Just replaced a sensor behind the computer. It was split and leaking oil. It is a used truck with a little over 5000 hrs. As the thing cost 200 for the fitting does anyone know if this is a problem or just wear/tear. It has 3 wire plug-does anyone know what it does? As I have no books I can't look it up.
Another question due to not knowing-oil pressure dropping to 25 at idle from 55 running. Normal? I know cars drop some at idle but truck diesels are new to me.
