International 9200I / 9400 Electrical Problems ABS

    The connector has extra holes in it, you could just slip the wires wires straight through the existing connector if you don't want to drill through the fire wall.

    Rewired that plug work better but still shutdown not finding any other shorts

    .What exactly is your problem at this time?
    I would assume you checked the fuse box already.

    That connector on the drivers side handles all the ABS wiring + other functions.

    On the passenger side fire wall there are two terminal blocks which handle the rest of the cab wiring.

    I would start checking all your grounds make sure there clean.

    I would start with those temp sensors follow the wire harness from the sensors into the cab, some where there has to be a short or corrosion. check all the connectors and terminals etc.

    The 9000 series trucks are not nearly as complicated as the the newer trucks from an electrical stand point, If you have a Fluke meter and test light you can trouble shoot most electrical problems.
