I am waiting since June and the shop don’t know when I will get my QLS no ETA nothing. this is pathetic, no way a single truck owner op can survive this crap ..I am interested in a class action lawsuit..
We're in South Texas and we've replaced these every year as well. That time of year is here again, the local dealer has 52 on back order and there are none at any other in Texas. We've had to replace them all over the country and have driven to Louisiana and Oklahoma to deliver them. These trucks have been an absolute nightmare because of this very sensor. We've also had DEF contaminate/corrode the fuse block some ####### mounted to the side of the DEF tank, and had the heater valves go out as well. I would LOVE to join a class action lawsuit! Good news! I talked to a general manager at a shop today and he said Cummins started recalibrate from today , Navistar have a meeting tomorrow for recalibration decision, hopefully we should be back rolling next week .. Finger crossed.
